Kelly Shelton, President & CEO has more than 20 years of professional problem solving experience having held various positions of increasing responsibility from Systems Engineer to Sales Manager to Energy Management Director.
Kelly Shelton holds a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) and a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL).
Kelly is a LEED AP, has been named Energy Manager of the Year by the Association of Energy Engineers and is also a Certified Energy Manager. Kelly is a Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant as designated by the American Gas Association and a past co-chair for the Chicago Solar Partnership. Kelly is the President of the Chicagoland Chapter of the Association of Professional Energy Consultants.
Kelly is a native of Chicago with strong community involvement.
